Regional Government grants support to five Madeiran sports clubs
The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the signing of sports development program contracts with five associations for the 2025/2026 season.
The Regional Government Council has approved the signing of sports development program contracts (CPDD) to support the activities of five sports clubs and associations in the Autonomous Region of Madeira during the 2025/2026 season. The support aims to promote participation in regional and national championships, as well as the development of sports disciplines.
- APCTT - Associação Porto da Cruz Trail Team: Support of 6,263.47 € (Resolution no. 307/2026) for the dissemination, promotion, and organization of sports disciplines without associative framework and participation in regional events.
- Arca d' Ajuda - Associação Recreativa e Cultural da Ajuda: Support of 12,382.83 € (Resolution no. 308/2026) for sports activities, including national volleyball competitions.
- Associação Shotokan Kokusai Karaté Santo António: Support of 2,721.81 € (Resolution no. 309/2026) intended for participation in regional karate championships and events.
- Associação Cristã da Mocidade da Madeira: Support of 11,008.59 € (Resolution no. 310/2026) for participation in regional events and national table tennis competitions.
- Associação Alegria da Madeira AAM - CARD - Cultura, Arte, Recreação e Desporto: Support of 11,623.38 € (Resolution no. 311/2026) for participation in regional events and support for high-potential athletes.
