Government grants support to five entities for cultural and tourism projects
The Regional Government has authorized protocols and program contracts with five regional entities for cultural and tourism promotion, totaling an investment of €140,000.00.
The Regional Government Council has authorized, through various resolutions, the signing of protocols and program contracts to support projects of cultural and tourism relevance in the Region. The approved supports are as follows:
- Corpo de Hoje - Associação Cultural: Support of €3,000.00 (Resolution no. 280/2026) for the artistic creation 'Uma Dança de Algibeira' and danced visits 'Em forma de Gesto'.
- Associação de Jovens Empresários Madeirenses: Support of €56,000.00 (Resolution no. 282/2026) for the project 'Madeira Flower Collection 2026'.
- Associação Regional de Triatlo da Madeira: Support of €12,000.00 (Resolution no. 283/2026) for the execution of 'Ultra SkyRunning Madeira 2026'.
- Clube Carocha da Madeira: Support of €65,000.00 (Resolution no. 284/2026) for the project 'Madeira Flower Classic Auto Parade 2026'.
- Associação de Folclore e Etnografia da Região Autónoma da Madeira: Support of €65,000.00 (Resolution no. 279/2026) for the project 'Grupos de Folclore nos Eventos do Turismo da Madeira', covering the Flower Festival, World Tourism Day, and Christmas and New Year festivities.
