Graduate Carlos André Camacho Alves has had his term as Regional Director of Youth renewed for a period of three years. The decision was formalized through Joint Order No. 77/2026, signed by the President of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque, and the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth, Paula Margarido.
The new term, which begins on November 20, 2026, is carried out under a service commission regime, as established for senior management positions. His professional experience includes previous roles as an assistant in the Office of the Councillor of the Funchal City Council and as a coordinator and teacher at the Institute for Qualification, IP-RAM. He is also a full member of the Order of Engineers.
