Madeira Social Security Institute opens competitions for two management positions
The Madeira Social Security Institute (ISSM, IP-RAM) has launched two competitive procedures to fill first-degree intermediate management positions.
The Madeira Social Security Institute, IP-RAM, has announced the opening of two competitive procedures for the appointment of first-degree intermediate management positions, under a three-year service commission regime. The competitions, authorized by order of the Regional Secretary for Inclusion, Labour and Youth, aim to fill the following positions:
- Director of the Human Resources Management Department (Notice no. 302/2026): Requires a degree in Human Resources Management or Law.
- Director of the Organization and Communication Department (Notice no. 303/2026): Requires a degree in Communication or Sociology.
Both processes require candidates to be public sector workers with an indefinite employment contract and possess six years of professional experience in roles requiring a degree. Applications must be submitted in person at the ISSM, IP-RAM Personnel Section, at Rua Elias Garcia, no. 14, in Funchal, or via registered mail, within 10 working days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Selection methods will include Curriculum Evaluation and a Public Interview. The juries for both competitions are chaired by Dr. Mara Débora Sardinha Rodrigues, Member of the Board of Directors of ISSM, IP-RAM.
