Regional Government approves transition of 13 senior technicians to special career
The Regional Government of Madeira has approved the list of 13 employees from the Regional Secretariat of Finance transitioning to the new special regime career.
Through Order no. 203/2026, the Regional Secretary of Finance, Duarte Nuno Nunes de Freitas, approved the list of employees assigned to the Regional Directorate of Public Administration (DRAP) who are transitioning to the special regime career of senior specialist technician in cross-cutting public administration coordination.
This transition, effective as of May 13, 2026, covers the following professionals:

- Fernando Constâncio Andrade da Silva Leça
- Francisca Gouveia Dionísio
- João Pedro Fernandes Gonçalves Figueira
- José Magno Santos Rodrigues

- Maria Georgina F. Barreira Jardim Nunes
- Maria Lúcia F. da Cruz Santos
- Nuno Filipe Mendes Castro Pedra de Aguiar
- Rita Maria de Freitas
- Vanda Maria Teixeira Gonçalves
- Vânia Patrícia Reis Rodrigues
Employees have a period of 60 days, starting from the publication of the list, to oppose the transition.
