Agricultural Specialist Authorized to Accumulate Audiovisual Functions
An amendment to Order no. 501/2025, of June 20, now formalized by Order no. 138/2026, allows the Master in Strategic Digital Marketing, Aléxis da Silva Ramos, to combine his functions as a Specialist Technician in the Office of the Regional Secretary for Agriculture and Fisheries with the exercise of audiovisual production.
The decision aims to clarify and formalize the possibility for the technician, who provides specialized advice in the areas of image and audiovisual content, to perform these additional functions. Legislation provides that specialist technicians are not subject to an exclusivity regime, but the exercise of other functions must be expressly authorized.
This authorization is retroactive to the effective date of the original designation order of the Specialist Technician, ensuring the legal compliance of activities already carried out or to be carried out.
